About Lauren
Lauren Burge is a Senior Managing Director in the Strategic Communications segment and is based in Brussels. She advises clients globally and regionally on reputation management across various sectors.
Ms. Burge is Head of the Corporate Reputation practice in Brussels, where she predominantly advises clients in the healthcare and technology sectors. Clients turn to Ms. Burge to help transform their organization through communications, by using a mix of data-led strategy and planning, creative campaigns and multichannel activation. The ‘Brussels effect,’ or the rapidly growing influence of Brussels policymakers on corporate bottom-lines, makes her expertise increasingly relevant to business decisionmakers in HQs around the world.
Over the years, Ms. Burge has helped clients navigate pivotal moments, including market entry, branding and rebranding exercises, purpose-led narrative building, as well as complex issues and crises. She has experience working with organizational environments of all sizes, including trade associations, not-for-profits and small to large corporates.
Ms. Burge is passionate about the role that leadership can play for organizations today and, together with her team, has led research into the impact of the CEO brand on overall corporate performance.
Ms. Burge brings out-of-the-box creative thinking and critical project management to her clients and manages programs on a regional and global scale. Beyond healthcare and technology, she also has extensive experience with clients in the telecommunications, chemicals and industrials, plastics, packaging, fast-moving consumer goods and financial services industries.
