Alexis Anaman specialises in advising companies, creditors and equity owners on valuation and M&A matters.
Alexis has worked on over 100 valuation assignments, primarily valuation opinions in restructuring and transaction situations. He has also advised on over 20 completed M&A, ECM and debt restructuring transactions.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Alexis worked in Deutsche Bank’s Corporate Finance team. Alexis holds a degree in Economics from Cambridge University and is a CFA Charterholder.
