David Murphy is a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting and is based in Dubai. Mr. Murphy heads the Middle East Construction Solutions practice in the Forensic and Litigation Consulting segment.

Mark Millard is an experienced forensic practitioner specialising in complex investigations and dispute resolution.

Shahin Shamsabadi has extensive experience conducting compliance- and dispute-related investigations in the MENA region and has led several hundred investigations for local, regional and multinational clients in a wide array of industries and markets.

Anthony Wubbena has spent over five years in the UAE, covering all jurisdictions across the MENA Region, with a particular focus on the GCC, Lebanon and Egypt, and advises multinationals, government agencies, and regional conglomerates with diverse business portfolios.

Kajen Subramoney is considered an expert in the use of technology in forensic investigations. This includes Forensic Data Analysis, Digital Evidence Recovery, E-Discovery and Cyber Investigation.

Maria Cohn heads the Public Affairs and Government Relations practice and is based in Dubai.

Shane Dolan is a Managing Director and is based in the Dubai office, United Arab Emirates. He is part of FTI’s Strategic Communications segment and is head of its Financial Communications practice with a pan regional remit.
