In 2016 and 2017, FTI Consulting established the Forensic & Litigation Consulting, and Technology practices have expanded our capabilities across the Middle East. The FLC team extended FTI Consulting’s expert reach by supporting our global network and providing regional clients with forensic and consulting services, including fraud investigations, financial crime services, complex business intelligence, and cybersecurity.

FTI Consulting further expanded the UAE regional practice with the addition of a dedicated Technology segment, specialising in a range of core services to our clients in the region. The segment provides e-discovery services, as well as data governance and information security services. In 2020, FTI Consulting expanded their practice offering in the region by introducing a dedicated Corporate Finance & Restructuring practice, providing solutions to a wide range of stakeholders in the banking, private equity, sovereign wealth, and corporate sectors in acquisitions and disposals as well as stressed and distressed situations across the Middle East.
